The Oklahoma Aggregates Association (OKAA) Annual Meeting is the premier event for the Oklahoma aggregates industry. Combining OKAA’s Annual Meeting and Aggregates Day @ the State Capitol creates the biggest and most powerful gathering of our industry! It serves as a statewide forum for the industry's best manufacturers and suppliers, as well as national and state experts, to exchange ideas and recommend new policies to improve the aggregates industry.  The entire  Meeting is formatted for networking, growth, and celebration of our industry together! Monday, 2/27/23:

  • Executive Roundtable (2P-5P) - Back this year! This special briefing is for the leadership of OKAA Member Companies. Tickets are at no additional charge but registration of specific attendees is required. Programming is designed for Producer and Vendor management (C-level Executives, Government Affairs, and Sales within each company) and they will receive timely updates on subjects directly related to the bottom line.
  • Aspiring Leaders Workshop (3P-5P)new this year! This workshop was added as a direct result of demand for individuals aspiring to grow professionally and striving to prepare for greater responsibility, enhance their knowledge and awareness of leadership abilities, broaden their experience, and identify barriers and strategies for overcoming challenges. Attendees are expected to have their supervisor/leader's recommendation to attend.
  • Dynamite Dinner (5P) - Dynamite Dinner is the premier social event of the year and will kick-off with a cocktail reception in the Exhibit Hall, and you will not want to miss buying a ticket for this year's speaker, Col. Mark Tillman (RET), pilot of Air Force One on 9/11 with “The Unknown Backstory of 9/11”, and the exclusive time to network and celebrate with your industry peers.

Tuesday, 2/28/23 (8A-noon):

  • Tour - one of the Annual Meeting's most anticipated events. OKAA plans a special outing to a great location! SOLD OUT!
  • Enrichment Class - Back by popular demand, this session features a certified professional and personal development facilitator to help participants better understand unique aspects that make them most productive and how to spot and develop those around them at home or work.

Wednesday, 3/1/23 (1:15P-4:30P):

  • Aggregates Day @ The Capitol - a previously separate event has joined the programming of the OKAA Annual Meeting. Board the bus to make your impact in the industry known - there IS strength in our NUMBERS.
