Rocks are used for erosion control and slope protection, dams and protecting shorelines and navigation channels.Aggregates help clean the air, too, in flue gas desulfurization of smokestacks and reduction of sulfur dioxide using limestone.They also are used in water filtration, sewage control, wastewater control and drinking water purification.As Oklahoma's leading voice in the aggregates industry, it is our goal to keep association members, customers, government agency partners, political and community leaders, and the general public updated and informed on current issues by holding seminars and workshops targeting the issues in today's evolving world.
